My digestion has improved so much after drinking this vitamin mix daily! After a month or so I’ve seen my daily gut pain (and, to be honest, diarrhea) dramatically decrease. Now I might get digestion discomfort only once a week or so, rather than every day and night.
I struggle to drink large amounts of liquid in one sitting so I actually mix the vitamin powder in a small glass. The flavor is really strong this way but it pairs well with breakfast food! But whether you use the recommended amount of water or less, I do recommend drinking it quickly. If it sits for more than ten minutes or so the taste becomes a little less enjoyable.
Having Type 2 Refractory Celiac means I don't absorb many nutrients even without any gluten in my diet. My bloodwork was scary! I've been taking this for 3 mo's now and my blood work is normalizing and I know this is ridiculous but my fingernails are growing and are strong!!! for the first time in forever!
